Friends and colleagues of the jazz drummer Elvin Jones will appear at a musical tribute to him tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Riverside Church, Riverside Drive at 122nd Street in Morningside Heights. Mr. Jones, who was 76, died last month.
Among the musicians who are to perform at the tribute, which is free and open to the public, are McCoy Tyner, Dave Liebman and Hank Jones, Mr. Jones's brother.
